The role requires an extensive track record in private banking, strong sales orientation, and the ability to navigate a global wealth-management environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent, CFP/CFA advantageous.
• HKSI and IIQE licensing passes required.
• 10–15 years banking experience with insurance/investment knowledge.
• Strong sales orientation and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and adaptability; Agile-friendly mindset.
• Fluent English and Chinese; Putonghua helpful.
• ECF/CB qualifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of ultra HNW private banking customers.
• Provide investment advice and deliver premium service to customers and execute their orders.
• Perform investment portfolios analysis, monitor the performance and re-allocate as needed.
• Manage the credit quality and monitor the exposure of customers’ loan portfolios.
• Work with internal departments to solicit business referrals.
