Job summary

Pinnacle Lead Consulting Limited is seeking an Associate Director, Data Science to lead AI/ML initiatives across multiple business units. You will design and deliver analytics solutions, collaborate with marketing, distribution, and operations, and drive data-driven decisions at scale.

You will mentor teams, oversee data lifecycle activities, and stay ahead of industry trends to apply advanced data science approaches that create measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a numerate discipline with a strong programming component.
• 10+ years working experience in developing AI/ML solutions.
• Hands-on experience with at least one advanced data analysis platform (Python, R, SAS).
• Exposure to all stages of the data analytics project lifecycle.
• Knowledge of ML techniques (clustering, trees, neural nets, etc.).
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and business-facing communication skills.
• Proficient SQL or similar programming experience.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of an Asian language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI and machine learning solutions to optimise business performance across the organisation.
• Use data analytics to support Marketing, Distribution and Operations to increase revenue and reduce costs.
• Identify actionable insights and communicate to stakeholders to improve decision making.
• Advise business on analytics approaches in discussions and presentations.
• Explore diverse data sources to understand customer and distributor behavior.
• Govern effective implementation of analytics across business units.
• Monitor model performance and implement improvements.
• Collaborate to productionize analytical models and drive adoption.
• Provide training on AI/ML methodologies to analytics teams.
