Nex is seeking a Senior Designer to drive the visual direction of motion games and experiences on the Nex platform, balancing hands‑on design with creative leadership. This role is ideal for a senior creative who wants to define art direction while still staying close to execution and raise the bar for visual quality.

You’ll work with the Senior Director of Design to shape digital products that are distinctive, playful, and remarkable in the world of family entertainment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in design or art direction.
• Strong typography, layout, color, and motion skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Video game industry experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Define and uphold Nex’s visual language across game studio projects.
• Push for craft excellence and innovative ideas.
• Establish style guides and design review processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Publishing, and other teams on production and promotion.
• Mentor and coach the Design team under the Senior Director of Design.
