Responsibilities

• Design and develop assets for IP launches including product visuals, packaging, and campaign materials.
• Create asset kits with master files, exports, naming conventions, and multiple versions for review.
• Develop application guides for each IP based on the brand book and Creative Director’s guidance.
• Deliver launch content including key visuals, line-sheet artwork, social media crops, and partner packs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure timely handoff of finished art to support a seamless launch process.

• CASETiFY is seeking an entrepreneurial, creative, and passionate Senior Designer to join our IP Creative team. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will execute illustration, asset systems, and launch content for our IP collaborations. You will take creative direction and turn it into accurate, consistent work ready for approval. As the ideal candidate, your portfolio should show collaboration or licensed-character work, not only campaign crops. You will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be detail-oriented. You are a self-starter and team player who can quickly identify design trends to create engaging visual solutions.

Job Description

• Design and develop comprehensive assets for IP launches and application art, including product visuals, packaging, and campaign materials.
• Create detailed asset kits for each launch, compiling master files, exports, organized naming conventions, and multiple versions ready for review.
• Develop application guides for each IP based on the brand book and the Creative Director’s guidance, ensuring clarity and consistency.
• Deliver all launch content, including key visuals, line-sheet artwork, social media and campaign crops, and partner packs.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and ensure timely handoff of finished art to support a seamless launch process.

Requirement

• 3+ years of experience in illustration and design production. Strong portfolio of licensed IP, character, or collaboration work, including the system behind the final image. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Designer position.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
• Solid understanding of core design principles. Strong design aesthetic with a sophisticated sense of typography.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite to production standards.
• Adaptable, flexible, and a positive team player who thrives under tight timelines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with decent written, verbal, and visual communication skills on technical and non-technical matters.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to hold cross-functional teams accountable to deadlines and high-quality outputs.
