CITIC Securities International Company Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Business Analyst for end-to-end system deliveries in the Equity Derivatives space (OTC Options and Prime projects). You will coordinate requirements gathering, translate into system solutions, and oversee implementation across multiple teams to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires 8–10 years in banking/finance BA roles, strong derivatives knowledge, and excellent English/Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT/Computing or related studies.
• 8–10 years of experience in business analysis within the banking/finance sector.
• Proven experience delivering system projects successfully.
• Good understanding of derivative products.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin is advantage).
• Good project management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Past experience with Calypso system is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SQL and scripting languages is an added advantage.

Responsabilités

• Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Translate requirements into detailed specifications and collaborate with developers to deliver solutions.
• Document and maintain functional requirements and design specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define testing strategies and conduct SIT and coordinate UAT for new features and enhancements.
• Communicate changes to business users across departments and manage process/system changes.
• Identify and elevate risks and propose tactical and strategic mitigations with business support.
• Assist in project coordination and perform administrative tasks to support progress.
