Ideal candidate has 6–8 years in investment banking or capital markets, strong Prime Brokerage and risk analytics knowledge, and proven stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in business analysis within investment banking or capital markets environments.
• Strong domain knowledge of Prime Brokerage and Risk Management, including collateral management and risk analytics.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting complex business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Front Office, Risk Management, Operations, Compliance, Finance and Technology to gather and document business requirements for Prime Brokerage and Risk projects.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, process flows and user stories to guide technology delivery.
• Collaborate with development teams, architects and vendors to ensure accurate implementation of business needs.
• Perform gap analyses and impact assessments to identify opportunities for process optimization and controls enhancement.
• Support testing, UAT, and production rollout across the project lifecycle.
