Job summary

A leading financial services provider in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to manage system deliveries for the Equity Derivatives business. The ideal candidate will coordinate activities from requirement gathering to implementation, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. Candidates should have 8-10 years' experience in business analysis within banking or finance, strong problem-solving skills, and be fluent in English and Chinese. Familiarity with derivative products and systems like Calypso is beneficial.

Qualifications

• 8 - 10 years of experience in business analysis within the banking/finance sector.
• Proven experience in delivering system projects successfully.
• Good understanding of derivative products.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin is an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate gathered requirements into detailed specifications.
• Document and maintain functional requirements and design specifications.
• Define testing strategies and conduct thorough SIT for new features.
• Coordinate UAT and communicate changes to business users.
• Identify risks and propose solutions to mitigate them.
• Assist in project coordination and perform administrative tasks.
