Job summary

SinoPac Securities (Asia) Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Dealer (Global Securities, Futures & Options) to support department operations, supervise dealing activities and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese, and willingness to work shifts, including night hours.

Licensing path as License Representative under SFC is available within a leading, international financial services group.

Qualifications

• Secondary education or above.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial market.
• Good understanding of the securities/derivatives markets and their related trading operations.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good team player and able to work under pressure.
• Qualify to become License Representative in relevant regulated activities under SFC.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• To provide assistance and support to the superiors in running the department operation.
• To provide quality dealing services and supports to the counterparties.
• To supervise the subordinates to carry out their dealing activities accurately and efficiently, and also to be incompliance with regulatory requirements.
• To maintain a good communication relationship with clients, sales and trading counterparties when carrying out dealing works.
• To provide trainings, advices and supports to the team members when needed.
• To support the further business development of the department and ad-hoc projects.
• In accordance with the department's operational requirements, shift work is required as scheduled, including night or overnight shifts.
