EIRE Systems (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a data scientist to act as the predictive engine for customer lifecycle management across product lines. You will design scalable data pipelines in Databricks, deploy robust models, and monitor performance to optimize cross-sell, retention, and churn strategies.

The role emphasizes MLOps, model governance, and translating complex model outputs into actionable business campaigns for marketing and retention teams.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in the data science space.
• Proven track record deploying predictive ML models (classification, regression, gradient boosting, survival analysis).
• Expertise in Python (pandas, scikit-learn), SQL, and Databricks / PySpark handling large multi-source data.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps practices, orchestration, and model tracking tools (e.g., MLflow, Airflow, CI/CD).
• Solid understanding of drift detection frameworks and explainability methods (SHAP / LIME).
• Demonstrated experience in customer analytics, CRM, or customer lifecycle/churn modeling.
• Prior exposure to Insurance or Financial Services is advantageous.
• Ability to map ML outputs to measurable business KPIs (campaigns, retention).
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate technical findings into business narratives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and refine customer segmentation, propensity, future value, and risk-scoring frameworks across multi-product portfolios.
• Build, evaluate, and refresh ML models to predict churn, lifetime value, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Perform end-to-end feature engineering and construct automated ETL/ML data pipelines in cloud environments (Databricks).
• Own model deployment, scheduling, orchestration, and monitoring for production models.
• Translate model drivers into interpretable business narratives and targeting logic for campaigns.
• Partner with product, marketing, CRM, and tech teams to embed scoring outputs into operational systems.
