Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience designing and implementing data-driven solutions.
• Expert in Python and SQL with finance or retail domain exposure as a plus.
• Strong statistical modeling and machine learning knowledge.
• Experience with Databricks, cloud, or GenAI is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills for non-technical audiences.
• Proactive, independent, and strategically minded.

Responsibilities

• Develop management dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analyses to reveal business insights.
• Translate results into actionable business recommendations.
• Build statistical models for customer segmentation and retention.
• Implement data pipelines and ML models on Azure Databricks, PySpark, and SQL.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and drive projects.
• Integrate structured and unstructured data from internal sources.
