Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Data Center M&E management leader for a colocation facility in Tsing Yi. You will head a 15+ M&E operations team, ensure contractual commitments are met, and explore opportunities to deliver increased profitability and additional services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Building Services Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven track record in senior/executive management for facilities or data center operations.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and ensure contractual commitments are met and exceeded.
• Identify opportunities for strategic development to increase turnover and profitability and win re-tendered contracts.
• Manage OPEX & CAPEX budgets for site and participate in contract variations.
• Ensure health and safety policies are implemented across teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure staffing of contracts with competent teams and implement succession planning.
• Maintain adherence to all reporting, escalation, and change management procedures.
