Job summary

Generali Life (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a seasoned data analytics leader to shape analytics strategy across sales, service and customer lifecycle, and to integrate value analytics and modelling.

You will build an omni-channel analytics and reporting platform, oversee CMS-lead management, and drive performance measurement, regulatory reporting, and business transformation using data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics or related field.
• Experience in insurance or financial services is advantageous.
• Experience with agency compensation analysis and reporting preferred.
• Strong data management and analytics strategy skills.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop the data analytics strategy and oversee related projects, including omni-channel contact management platforms for sales and service.
• Develop analytics capabilities into an integrated decisioning platform with suitable tech and data infra.
• Oversee analytics function to support business activities, product planning and risk management.
• Design customer engagement strategies to improve profitability and cross-sell opportunities.
• Lead reporting and dashboards development to support planning and management reporting.
• Ensure compliance with data standards, governance and regulatory requirements.
