Job summary

Generali Life (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Data Project Manager to join the Data & Analytics team in Hong Kong. You will lead the delivery of strategic data initiatives across the organization and APAC region.

You will drive end-to-end project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams and manage data platforms, governance, reporting and AI-enabled solutions in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale data, analytics, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, data management, and reporting ecosystems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall project environments.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced global environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage data and analytics projects from initiation to implementation.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, technology, data engineering, and analytics teams.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, and issue resolution.
• Ensure successful delivery of data platform enhancements and data transformation initiatives.
