Job summary

Leadingnation seeks a senior data analytics leader to develop and oversee the analytics strategy across sales, service and customer lifecycle initiatives in Hong Kong. You will integrate analytics into an omni-channel CMS, drive decisioning capabilities, and lead a cross-functional team ensuring data governance and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes delivering actionable insights, optimizing customer engagement, and supporting business planning with dashboards and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science with relevant analytics experience.
• Insurance or financial institutions experience is preferred.
• Experience in agency compensation analysis, commission reporting, or incentive tracking is desirable.
• Solid experience with CMS or lead management platforms.
• Knowledge of agency compensation structures, commissions, and incentive reporting is beneficial.
• Proven track record driving analytics initiatives and business transformation with measurable impact.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate data into business outcomes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Develop the data analytics strategy and oversee related projects, including omni-channel platforms for sales and service.
• Build integrated analytics capabilities for decisioning across technology, data infrastructure and operating model.
• Oversee the data analytics function to support business activities, planning, reporting, and risk management.
• Design customer engagement strategies to grow profitability, deepen relationships, improve retention, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Manage leads in the CMS platform and generate daily reports on lead status and conversion.
• Support agency compensation analysis and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Lead the design and delivery of dashboards, tools, and reporting applications for planning and performance.
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision making and continuous improvement.
• Ensure data usage and analytics comply with standards, governance, and regulatory requirements.
