Job summary
Invesco Ltd. seeks a Senior Analyst, Data & AI Enablement to bridge APAC Real Estate and the Real Estate Technology organisation. You will identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and decision-making using data, analytics, and AI capabilities.
You’ll translate business needs into data products and analytical solutions that deliver measurable outcomes. You will partner with stakeholders, analytics teams and data governance functions to define KPI requirements, support enterprise
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in business analysis, data analytics, technology delivery, reporting or related disciplines.
- Experience working with both business and technology stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience documenting business requirements and process flows.
- Experience supporting reporting or data programmes.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with APAC Real Estate stakeholders and translate requirements into data products.
- Define KPI requirements and reporting standards with business users.
- Support development of BI and analytical capabilities; promote self-service reporting adoption.
- Identify opportunities to automate and reduce spreadsheet dependency.
- Define analytical use cases and value measures; contribute to data governance practices.
- Collaborate with engineering to shape AI-enabled solutions and governance.
