Job summary

Allianz Global Investors seeks a Senior Corporate Real Estate Manager in Hong Kong to lead strategic planning, delivery, and management of APAC corporate real estate. You will drive occupancy planning, portfolio optimization, and workplace transformation while ensuring governance, safety, and sustainability compliance.

The role requires 10+ years in CRE, facilities, or project management, with a track record in managing regional portfolios and complex stakeholder environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in Real Estate, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• MRICS, PMP, LEED or WELL certifications are advantageous.
• 10+ years of experience in Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management, Workplace Strategy, or Project Management.
• Experience managing regional real estate portfolios and workplace projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, delivery, and management of corporate real estate across Asia Pacific.
• Develop occupancy and space utilization strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee end-to-end office fit-outs, renovations, moves, and workplace projects.
• Monitor governance, compliance, safety, and sustainability initiatives within the portfolio.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and stakeholder engagement across regions.
