Job summary

AIIB's Information Technology Department seeks a Senior Digital Program Specialist to lead the cybersecurity team, overseeing planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of cyber operations, engineering, and services. The role requires deep expertise in cybersecurity engineering, emerging threats, and industry best practices to strengthen the Bank's cyber resilience.

Qualifications

8–10 years of direct cybersecurity experience in enterprise environments.
Master's degree or equivalent; professional experience may substitute.
Strong leadership and people management experience.
Proven ability to design and deliver secure, scalable cybersecurity solutions.
Experience with roadmaps, program management, and vendor coordination.
Solid knowledge of international security frameworks and standards (NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, ISO/IEC 27000, COBIT).
CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC certifications are advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

Lead the cybersecurity team in delivering high-quality services and engineering capabilities.
Plan, design, deploy, test, optimize, and integrate cybersecurity technologies and features.
Develop, maintain, and execute the Bank's cybersecurity roadmap aligned with strategy and risk.
Assess maturity, identify improvements, and implement enhancements for cyber resilience.
Provide domain expertise for framework, policies, standards, baselines, and procedures.
Ensure risks, control deficiencies, and audit findings are tracked and remediated timely.
