WeLab invites a seasoned IT security professional to lead the bank's security posture in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will design and maintain security controls across on-prem and cloud, aligning with HKMA rules while collaborating with infrastructure and development teams.

The role emphasizes proactive threat detection, risk assessment, and partnerships with auditors. A strong communicator fluent in English and Cantonese is essential to protect our digital banking platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of IT security experience.
• Strong enterprise security, data protection and vulnerability management.
• Solid knowledge of networks, firewalls, and servers.
• Familiar with HKMA requirements including C-RAF and iCAST.
• Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) is preferred.
• Excellent English and Cantonese communication skills.
• Security certifications CISSP, CISA, CISM or CRISC are required.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement and maintain the bank's security infrastructure.
• Formulate security policies, guidelines and procedures.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams on vulnerability management.
• Design and implement AI-enabled security monitoring and SIEM integrations.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to address evolving risk.
• Engage with internal and external auditors for cybersecurity and BCP assessments.
• Ensure HKMA regulatory requirements are fulfilled.
