Job summary

WeLab, a leading fintech platform, seeks an information security leader to design, implement and maintain the bank's security infrastructure in alignment with policy and regulatory requirements. You will work with infra and dev teams on vulnerability management, SIEM integrations, and risk assessment, while coordinating with auditors for cyber security and BCP reviews.

Strong communication in English and Cantonese is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in IT security or related fields.
• Strong grasp of enterprise security, data protection, vulnerability management.
• Familiar with HKMA requirements like C-RAF and iCAST.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain security infrastructure per bank policies and regulatory rules.
• Formulate security policies, guidelines and procedures for the bank.
• Collaborate with infra and development teams on vulnerability management and patching.
• Design and deploy AI-enabled security monitoring and SIEM integrations.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to address changing risk.
• Coordinate with auditors for cyber security and BCP assessments.
• Ensure HKMA compliance of Cyber Security measures.
