Job summary

Tokalent is seeking a Senior Operations Officer for VATP to oversee daily settlement operations and custody of crypto assets, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance. You will collaborate with product, tech and business teams to align plans and priorities.

The role covers daily exchange operations, trade execution, customer support, platform management and risk mitigation, plus preparing reports and performing ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business Administration or Economics.
• Experience in banking, Big 4, fund houses, or crypto exchanges preferred.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin ideal).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily settlement operation.
• Manage custody and operations of crypto assets.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with product, tech and business teams to align priorities.
• Develop streamlined processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Support daily operations of the cryptocurrency exchange and risk mitigation.
