Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a quantitative trader to execute and manage the continuous flow of orders across crypto spot and derivatives, ensuring efficient pricing and order fulfillment. You will manage real-time risk, price trades, and analyze performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires several years in trading or market-making with strong Python and data-pipeline skills, plus collaboration with dev teams on trading systems and risk infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Quantitative degree from a top global university.
• Several years in a trading or market-making role, ideally within digital assets/FX/equities.
• Strong data analysis and model-building abilities.
• Proficiency in Python and real-time data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage continuous order flow across spot and derivatives in crypto markets.
• Manage real-time inventory and risk exposure during trading day.
• Price and execute trades across spot, perpetual swaps, and options.
• Analyze P&L, fill rates, spreads, and microstructure to optimize performance.
• Evaluate token listings and project lifecycles end to end.
• Monitor market developments affecting trading flow, volatility, and inventory.
• Collaborate with development teams on trading tools and risk infrastructure.
• Contribute to the full SDLC of trading tools from concept to post-launch.
