Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a Trading Analytics Developer to advance data and AI infrastructure for the Quant Trading team. You will bridge high-performance trading systems with modern AI capabilities to deliver reliable, scalable analytics and AI workloads.

The role emphasizes building robust pipelines, vector search systems with HNSW, and evaluation frameworks for retrieval quality, while enabling reusable RAG tooling and agent frameworks across trading teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years production experience with Python and Java in high-performance environments.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals: system design, data structures, algorithms, data integrity, accuracy and performance optimization.
• Expertise in Linux, Github, and modern CI/CD practices.
• Proven experience with AWS cloud services and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Comfort working with large-scale, complex datasets in financial/trading contexts.
• Experience with data platform and AI platform engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate high throughput data pipelines using Kafka, Flink, and ETL technologies.
• Develop and optimize analytical data models for time-series and trading activity.
• Manage analytical databases (ClickHouse, MongoDB, BigQuery, Snowflake) with cost-aware architecture.
• Build and maintain AI platforms serving multiple trading teams and RAG pipelines.
• Create reusable AI tooling, including prompt management and self-service workflows.
• Develop agent systems using LangGraph/LangChain and ensure auditability.
