Job summary

Bullish is seeking a Senior Exchange Operations Analyst to join our NYSE-listed platform and own the day-to-day exchange operations, from order routing to settlement and risk management. You will collaborate with sales, institutional clients, and technology teams to deploy new products and ensure platform reliability, latency monitoring, and regulatory compliance.

A strong background in Unix/Linux, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and electronic trading systems is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Computer Science, Technology, or a related field.
3+ years in trading operations, custody operations, or trade support within digital assets, FinTech, or electronic trading.
Solid understanding of the cryptocurrency industry, custody solutions, digital asset market structure, and related challenges.
Hands-on proficiency with Unix/Linux, Kubernetes, and major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
Practical experience with electronic trading systems, FIX protocol, APIs, and market data infrastructure.
Familiarity with risk management frameworks, digital asset custody workflows, KYC/AML, and cybersecurity best practices.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; capable of working independently on complex challenges.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Execute and oversee day-to-day cryptocurrency exchange operations, from order routing and matching to settlement and risk management.
Own exchange platform configuration, order latency monitoring, and operational support for trading clients.
Collaborate with sales, institutional clients, and technology teams to launch new products and ensure platform operations.
Engage Finance, Risk, Legal and Compliance on regulatory and operational matters.
Support end-to-end onboarding of institutional clients as a technical and operational contact.
Identify and drive continuous improvement and automation of client workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
Maintain procedures and controls documentation to ensure regulatory compliance, including DR testing, pre-trade risk checks, cyber-security controls.
