Bitget Limited seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to lead global commercial contracting, licensing and IP matters under the Legal Director. You will manage ongoing contractual risks and negotiate with external parties to secure favorable outcomes.

The role requires a qualified lawyer with 6–12 years PQE in Corporate/Commercial or TMT, a law degree from a major common law jurisdiction, and fluency in English and Mandarin. Hong Kong-based, on-site with competitive compensation.

Competenze

• Qualified lawyer with 6–12 years PQE in Corporate, Commercial or TMT
• Law degree from a major common law jurisdiction (e.g. Singapore, UK, HK)
• Start-up experience and crypto product awareness are advantageous

Mansioni

• Report to Legal Director and focus on Commercial work (Contracts, Product, IP) globally
• Handle ongoing commercial issues and contracts (sponsorships, NDAs, MOUs, licensing)
• Address contract risks and propose mitigation measures
• Represent Bitget in negotiations with commercial parties
• Manage external law firms, engagements, reviews and fees
• Provide robust, commercially sensible legal advice to internal stakeholders
• Opportunity to work on disputes and employment practice areas
