Scalable Solutions is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join the back-office QA team handling CRM, financial operations, and accounting. The role blends manual testing with a growing automation stack using Python + Playwright, while migrating Java tests and shaping testing strategy.

You will design UI/API automation, create stable test data via APIs, and ensure data integrity across systems. Strong collaboration with developers and product teams is essential for smooth releases.

Qualifications

• Strong test analysis and test design capabilities based on business requirements.
• Hands-on manual testing of complex workflows in CRM and financial operations.
• Solid backend and API testing skills including REST and data validation.
• Proficient in Python and Playwright for UI automation.
• Experience improving automation frameworks, not just writing tests.
• Familiar with CI pipelines, reporting, and stable execution (Gitlab CI, Jenkins, Allure).
• Knowledge of test data management, parallelism, and flaky-test debugging.
• SQL for data validation and migration checks; Linux for logs and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, clarify edge cases, and surface risks and acceptance gaps.
• Perform manual testing of critical CRM and financial flows.
• Design and implement UI and API automation with Python + Playwright.
• Create test data via APIs or environment fixtures; support existing Java tests during migration.
• Validate data/state transitions across UI/API/DB; ensure access control and audit trails.
• Maintain stable parallel execution, reduce flakiness, and enhance diagnostics.
• Contribute to CI pipelines and testing reports for fast feedback.
• Review code, mentor teammates, and strengthen automation competencies.
• Collaborate with developers to debug issues and support releases.
