Job summary

Stealth Web3 Startup in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced QA/Test Automation Engineer to design and implement automated tests for UI, API, and messaging systems in a trading platform environment.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of testing experience, 2+ years in test development, and strong Python/Java coding skills, plus familiarity with Pytest, Playwright, JMeter, Locust, and related tools. Knowledge of AI-assisted testing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of testing experience including 2+ years in test development.
• Proficient in Python or Java with strong coding practices.
• Familiar with Pytest, Playwright/Appium, JMeter, K6 or Locust.

Responsibilities

• Participate in functional, automated, and performance testing for trading platform systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases for UI, APIs, and messaging middleware (e.g., Kafka, WebSocket).
• Lead the construction of test platforms, automation frameworks, and regression systems to improve testing efficiency and defect detection.
