Job summary

All Star Agency is seeking an experienced credit risk leader to head portfolio analysis and strengthen the risk management framework. You will influence portfolio strategy, governance and senior management decision-making through high-quality analytics and insights.

You will drive stress testing, data-driven risk assessment, and cross-functional collaboration across business units, with opportunities to shape risk governance and report to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in credit risk management, portfolio analysis, stress testing or risk governance within a financial institution.
• Strong understanding of corporate/institutional credit risk, portfolio risk drivers, concentration risk and risk appetite frameworks.
• Experience with framework enhancement, policy/procedure development and management reporting.
• Knowledge of credit stress testing methodologies and scenario design.

Responsibilities

• Lead credit portfolio analysis and provide management insights on portfolio quality and risk indicators.
• Design, execute, review, and enhance periodic and ad hoc credit stress testing and scenario analysis.
• Identify emerging vulnerabilities through data analysis, early warning indicators, macro developments and industry trends.
• Enhance the local credit risk management framework including portfolio monitoring and governance.
• Develop analyses, recommendations and presentations for senior management and regulatory/audit responses.
• Lead risk-management initiatives and collaborate with business units on analytics and framework improvements.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members to uphold analytical and governance standards.
