Melior is seeking a Creative Director to lead and mentor the Creative Team, approve all work, and ensure alignment with client objectives. You will steer client pitches and contribute to training material development.

You will manage workflow, boost productivity, and support the Account Management team in deepening client relationships, drawing on extensive experience in 2D/3D animation and motion graphics.

Qualificações

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in creative/content agencies.
• Experience growing and managing teams.
• Strong experience with 2D/3D animation, motion graphics and video production.
• Experience building and managing client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Overseeing and approving all creative work, ensuring standards and client objectives are met.
• Leading the creation and presentation of client pitches.
• Supporting the development of training materials and sessions.
• Monitoring and managing the workflow and productivity of the creative team.
• Supporting the Account Management team with client relationships.
