You will mentor Art Directors, Designers, and Content Creators, own client pitches, and translate business goals into compelling campaigns across social, video, and interactive formats. Leadership, strategy, and storytelling excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in creative agency or digital marketing with leadership.
• Strong visual and artistic judgment across formats.
• Deep knowledge of social media ecosystems and trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end digital marketing campaigns with social focus.
• Drive creative excellence across client touchpoints and metrics.
