Global Executive Consultants Ltd. is hiring a Loan Administration Manager for a Chinese Bank in Hong Kong. The role involves reviewing corporate and commercial loan documents, preparing facility letters, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines, and revising internal documents as per regulatory updates. The ideal candidate should have a higher diploma, 3-5 years of loan documentation experience in corporate banking, and proficiency in English and Chinese typing. Salary range is HK$35K - $45K.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in loan documentation within corporate banking sector.
• Responsible, able to work independently, and possess good communication skills.
• Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese.

Our client, a Chinese Bank is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

• Review and ensure duly execution of corporate and commercial loan documents and operational matters
• Assist in preparation of facility letters and collateral documents
• Ensure compliance with guidelines, legal and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with frontline units to provide quality services to customers
• Revise internal guidelines and documents according to regulatory updates

Job Requirements

• Higher diploma or above
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in loan documentation within corporate banking sector
• Responsible, able to work independently, and with good communication skill
• Proficiency in computer knowledge, especially with Chinese typing
• Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
