Job summary

Hysan Development Company Limited is seeking a Senior Officer / Officer in Corporate Communications to support planning and execution of communications and publicity activities. The role covers media events, community engagements, and production of print and online materials, including collaterals for annual reports and AGM.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in corporate communications or financial PR, with excellent English and Chinese, and a collaborative, proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in communications, journalism, languages, marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of corporate communications or financial PR experience in-house or agency.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Enthusiastic team player with good communications, coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented with an outgoing personality, can-do spirit, and sense of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Maintain liaison with internal departments and external parties to facilitate the execution of the Company’s communications strategies.
• Be a key team member in organising corporate and community events.
• Support interim/annual results announcements, annual reports and AGM with collaterals including PPT, video, QA, press releases, speeches, invitations, event logistics.
• Act as a gatekeeper for key messaging and edit various documents.
• Liaise with NGOs and community groups for proposals and venue requests.
• Maintain corporate website and social media platforms.
• Handle media and public enquiries.
• Maintain departmental resources database and archive system.
• Act as central coordinator to ensure day-to-day operations.
