Job summary

Mashreq in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Senior Corporate Banker to originate, structure and cross-sell a broad suite of financing and capital markets solutions. You will manage top-tier relationships, lead multi-product deals, and ensure robust credit practices across the client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relationship management experience in Corporate and Investment Banking.
• Experience with trade finance, cash management, capital markets, FX/derivatives and corporate finance products.
• Strong credit assessment and risk management skills.
• Fluent Mandarin and English in written and spoken form.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics; Master’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships and identify business opportunities of existing and new corporate banking clients to grow revenue and assets.
• Originate and lead execution with product partners to provide loans, trade, treasury, cash management, markets and structured solutions.
• Oversee credit aspects including financial analysis, credit proposals and reviews.
• Develop marketing plans for target clients and deepen wallets across Mashreq international networks.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, governance and risk controls.
