Qualifications

• Proficiency with corporate action platforms and settlement processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for the Corporate Actions function aligned with objectives.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team; drive accountability and improvement.
• Drive automation to reduce manual work and improve scalability.
• Oversee end‑to‑end processing of corporate actions and ensure timely settlement.
• Manage risk, regulatory compliance, and data integrity across operations.
• Develop KPIs and present executive reports on performance and risk.
