Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Mandatory experience in Corporate Actions within investment banking, securities servicing or capital markets operations.

Responsibilities

• Process Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Action events across key dates.
• Reconcile CA events and payments to clients.
• Monitor and resolve breaks/fails queue daily.
• Be SME of the process and support transformation efforts.
• Liaise with front office, middle office, trade support and counterparties.
• Update procedures and participate in UAT and audits.
