Job summary

Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS) invites applications for a Senior Construction/ Site Manager to implement site management policies across assigned sites. You will be responsible for overseeing contractor performance, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely handovers to other divisions.

The role requires a degree in Building/Engineering/Architecture, professional qualifications (MCIOB/MHKICM/MHKIE or equivalent preferred), and at least 10 years in construction management, with residential

Qualifications

Degree qualified in Building, Engineering, Architecture or related disciplines.
Professional qualifications such as MCIOB, MHKICM, MHKIE or equivalent preferred.
Knowledge of 4S/BIM/DWSS is desirable.
Minimum of 10 years' experience in construction management, with managerial exposure.
Experience in residential projects in private/public sectors; PM in charge from start to handover.

Responsibilities

Implement site team management policies and procedures at assigned sites.
Manage contractor performance to quality standards and monitor progress against timeline.
Identify delays and issues, prompt relevant parties, and implement solutions.
Endorse selection of consultant's resident site staff.
Oversee handover of completed projects to other divisions.
Follow up on complaints and monitor defect rectification works.
Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and relevant regulations.
