Job summary

PrimeCredit Limited is seeking a Compliance professional in Hong Kong to support policy development and enforcement across banking and consumer finance activities. The role involves reviewing materials, establishing monitoring programs, and preparing reports for leadership.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of compliance experience, a university degree in a related field, and proficiency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or related disciplines.
• 2-3 years of compliance or relevant experience in a financial institution.
• Knowledge of banking/regulatory compliance is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing; bilingual English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Assist to review and approve marketing materials and provide necessary recommendations
• Assist to establish compliance monitoring program on the Company’s activities, products and workflows to ensure compliance with internal policies, applicable laws and regulations
• Prepare and review policies and procedures to address relevant legislation and regulation changes
• Prepare materials for in-house staff training on relevant compliance topics
• Prepare the monthly compliance reports
• Assist to conduct on-site compliance checking on local branches and other departments

Requirements

• University degree holder in Finance, Business Administration, Law or related disciplines
• 2-3 years of compliance or relevant experience gained from financial institution
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in banking / consumer finance industry is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office Applications and Chinese word processing
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Compliance Officer
• University fresh graduate of legal studies will be considered
