Links International is seeking an experienced compliance leader to navigate HK and global regulations for digital assets and Web3. You will oversee AML/CFT, KYC, and licensing, and liaise with regulators to uphold best practices.

The role involves risk assessment, policy development, cross-border licensing, and staff training on regulatory changes. A CAMS or ICA certification is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 8 years in compliance/risk with crypto exchanges or Web3.
• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and FATF guidelines for digital currencies.
• Certifications such as CAMS/ICA are highly desirable and regulatory liaison experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee AML transaction monitoring, AML/CFT and KYC programs, and licensing requirements for crypto exchanges and Web3 services.
• Develop risk assessment frameworks for digital asset transactions and Web3 applications; identify and mitigate compliance risks (DeFi, NFTs, stablecoins).
• Lead policy development, training, and internal controls; stay updated with EU/HK regulatory changes (MiCa, HKSFC).
• Work with regulators and industry associations to maintain best practices and obtain digital asset licenses across jurisdictions.
