Job summary

Centrix Professionals is seeking a Compliance Assurance Officer / Compliance Officer in Hong Kong to support HK & global compliance initiatives. The role emphasizes AML/CFT, KYC, and regulatory standards within a multinational setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years in compliance or related fields, fluent in English and Cantonese, with Mandarin a plus. Attractive benefits accompany a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is a must.
• Major in Finance, Accounting, Law, Economics, or a related business discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant compliance experience or related fields.
• Sound knowledge of local and international AML regulations and standards.
• Excellent spoken & written English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support HK & Global compliance in handling compliance matters.
• Review and advise customers on supply chain compliance matters in accordance with OECD guidelines.
• Conduct customer due diligence assessments to ensure regulatory and company requirements.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding action items arising from compliance assessments.
• Maintain due diligence and traceability records and respond to KYC requests.
• Monitor and apply AML/CFT requirements across markets relating to product sourcing.
• Support internal and external audits (LBMA, RJC, ISO 14021, etc.).
