Job summary

ICON plc is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA II) for a client-based role in Hong Kong with flexible work-from-home options. The role involves trial design, monitoring, data review, and collaboration with investigators to ensure patient safety and data integrity.

Required: a science/healthcare bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of CRA experience, and knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines. Travel up to ~60% is expected to support global trials.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 60%).

You will contribute to clinical trial monitoring activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively.

• Conducting site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical trials.

• Collaborating with investigators and site staff to facilitate smooth study conduct.
• Performing data review and resolution of queries to maintain high-quality clinical data.
• Contributing to the preparation and review of study documentation, including protocols and clinical study reports
