Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, nursing, or medicine.
• Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate with knowledge of trial processes and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and projects with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor clinical trial sites to ensure adherence to study protocols and GCP standards.
• Conduct site visits to assess performance and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
• Provide training and guidance to site staff to maintain high standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with site personnel and stakeholders.
