Job summary

Aon is seeking a Senior Client Manager to service existing clients and develop new reinsurance opportunities in Hong Kong and Macau. You will drive strategic initiatives, prepare leadership reports, and ensure robust client plans for mid-sized accounts while maintaining an accurate HK/Macau pipeline.

The role emphasizes independent stakeholder management, strong networking, and delivering Aon United value to clients, with a focus on growth and effective reinsurer negotiations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ broking experience in reinsurance industry.
• Good business insight with strategic mindset.
• Able to independently deal with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good networking and relationship skills.
• Good organization skills and interpersonal skills.
• A self-starter and able to work independently.

Responsibilities
