Job summary

Aon Corporation in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Manager / Manager for Business Development Support in Employee Benefits. You will build a robust sales pipeline, collaborate across teams for cross-selling, and convert opportunities by showing expertise to meet client needs.

We value a degree holder with experience in brokers or insurers, and preferrably FLMI/IIQE. Fluency in English and Chinese is required, Mandarin a plus, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Degree holder with minimum 3 years' working experience in broker firms or insurance companies.
  • Solid experience in Employee Benefits is a definite advantage.
  • Holder of FLMI, MPF Intermediary, or IIQE are preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities
