INITIAL FASHION is seeking a client-focused associate to deliver exceptional service in a luxury retail setting. You will proactively drive store sales, provide personalized styling advice, and present brand collections with knowledge and flair.

Work in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment, building lasting relationships with clients while supporting stock management and visual merchandising to meet sales targets and uphold premium service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong client-facing skills and the ability to build trusted, long-term relationships.
• Experience in fashion, luxury retail, or customer-centric roles is highly desirable.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a diverse team.
• Immediate availability is a plus.

Role Description:

• Responsible for delivering exceptional client service and driving sales performance in a high-end fashion environment.
• Proactively drive store sales and maximize business performance through tailored, memorable client interactions
• Welcoming and engaging clients, providing personalized styling advice, and presenting brand collections in a compelling and knowledgeable manner.
• Building long-term client relationships, managing client profiles and follow-ups, and ensuring a memorable, tailored shopping experience that reflects the brand’s ethos.
• Support operational tasks such as stock management and visual merchandising, and collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and uphold service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong client-facing skills, including Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to build trusted, long-term relationships.
• Previous experience in fashion, luxury retail, or customer-centric roles is highly desirable.
• Strong sense of style, passion for fashion, and alignment with INITIAL FASHION’s innovative and unconventional brand values.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a diverse team.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
