Howden, a leading global insurance intermediary, is recruiting for a Hong Kong-based claims role. You will provide day-to-day claims support under supervision, delivering high-quality service to clients and liaising with insurers and service providers to manage claims across all classes of General Insurance.

Qualifications

• Provide high-quality claims advice and guidance to clients for facilitating the claims process.
• Handle day-to-day General Insurance claims under supervision.
• Liaise with insurers, representatives and other service providers.

Responsibilities

• Provision of day-to-day claims function under supervision of managers
• Provide ad hoc advice and support to other staff regarding technical claims issues
• Maintain and update claims data in the claims system and generate reports
• Coordinate onboarding and management of client claims portfolios to reflect best interest of clients
• Undertake other client-related tasks as needed.
