Job summary

Dah Sing Financial Group is seeking an experienced Manager, Business Coach & Support to strengthen the Business Banking Department. You will design and deliver training for frontline sales staff, focusing on sales techniques, product knowledge and customer engagement to drive growth while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will coach and mentor the sales team, accompany staff on SME meetings, monitor performance, and collaborate with management to implement effective banking strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in business banking.
• HKSI Papers 1,7 & 8; IIQE Papers 1–3 licensing.
• Excellent coaching, training and mentoring skills.
• Strong knowledge of compliance standards in business banking.
• Analytical mindset with ability to analyze sales performance data.
• Excellent English and Chinese communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for frontline staff on sales techniques, products and customer engagement.
• Coach and mentor sales team on effective selling and relationship building.
• Accompany staff on joint SME appointments to provide real-time guidance.
• Ensure frontline staff are versed in regulatory requirements and compliance.
• Collaborate with sales management to implement banking strategies and procedures.
• Build strong relationships with frontline staff as trusted advisor.
• Guide staff in managing customer relationships from prospecting to onboarding.
• Establish KPIs to evaluate training effectiveness.
