Business Analyst required for international investment bank. My client is looking for a Business Analyst with Post Trade / Back Office expertise. This is a newly created role that has been created due to planned growth in the APAC region.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the development of strategic and tactical solutions with business partners (e.g. Technology, Operations, and Legal) to achieve business objectives
• Define business needs with stakeholders and various other functional groups
• Perform business analysis, determine workflow, and give recommendations on process enhancements and system upgrades
• To conduct in depth requirement analysis, define and prepare business specification
• To propose, review business requirements and ensure they align with global standards

Skills Required

• Knowledge of Capital Markets traded products, trade life cycle and processing flows
• Expertise in Post Trade / Back Office area
• Excellent verbal and written skill with ability to create high quality written products that are comprehensive, accurate, and tailored to the audience
• Outstanding interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization with excellent influencing and negotiation skills
