Job summary

Major Bank in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Business Analyst to work on Custody System Projects. The role involves analyzing business requirements, bridging between business users and developers, and leading test planning and UAT. Candidates with 5+ years in BA/consulting and knowledge of custody services are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst or Business Consultant.
• Experience in Global Custodian Services / Corporate Banking is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Cantonese and English.

Responsibilities

• Perform business analysis and user requirement studies.
• Act as the interface between business users and technical developers.
• Prepare Test Plans and conduct User Acceptance Test.
• Manage IT projects such as procurement process and budget.
• Monitor project progress, implement IT projects and identify risks.
