Job summary

HashKey Group seeks a senior Brand & Content professional to drive brand communication strategy and lead a 1–3 member content team in Hong Kong. You will oversee bilingual content creation, plan campaigns for major launches, ensure regulatory-compliant materials, and collaborate across executive, product, and design teams to strengthen brand impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Finance, Economics or related fields.
• 5+ years in brand communication, content operations, marketing, public relations or fintech content creation.
• Strong interest in financial technology, Web3, digital assets, blockchain, or related tech sectors.
• Excellent writing skills with ability to adapt tone for different audiences within financial compliance.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and drive the company’s brand communication and content operations strategy.
• Directly manage and empower a dedicated content team of 1–3 members; build a clear content matrix and communication calendar, guide daily execution, and ensure content output aligns closely with business objectives and brand positioning.
• Oversee and produce high-quality, industry-influential brand content in both Chinese and English (executive thought leadership, official announcements, in-depth brand stories, newsletters, brand videos, annual reports).
• Master diverse content formats including text, graphics, and video.
• Lead and execute content planning and communication campaigns for major launches, large marketing events, industry summits, and core brand initiatives.
• Coordinate materials compilation, distribute promotional assets, and conduct data and reputation post-mortems.
• Capture trends and competitor dynamics in Web3, digital assets, Fintech, blockchain, and related sectors.
• Translate complex fintech concepts into engaging brand narratives for diverse audiences.
• Serve as a central hub to collaborate with executive team, business units, product, design, and compliance.
• Ensure external communications align with brand tone and comply with financial regulatory approvals.
• Systematically build and manage the "Brand House" across group businesses.
• Refine brand positioning, distill key messages, and establish a comprehensive brand library, case-study database, and SOPs.
• We are looking for a senior Brand & Content professional with strong execution, writing skills, and leadership spirit; experience in Web3, fintech, or digital assets is a strong plus.

Education

Bachelors degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Finance, Economics or related fields

5+ years in brand communication, content operations, marketing, PR or fintech content creation

Strong interest in Web3/FinTech and digital assets

Excellent writing skills with ability to adapt tone for different audiences within financial compliance
