Job summary

Lead data mining, data collection, customer tag system development, metrics/KPI system development, and data visualization for the relevant business

About you

Master's degree or above from a 985 / 211 / Double First-Class university, majoring in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, with 5+ years of big data development experience

Business- and operations-savvy: solid BI and operational analysis capability — able to mine insights from massive data, build accurate multi-dimensional customer profiles, analyze system features and operational campaigns, and identify potential problems and opportunities

Strong foundation in algorithms and programming, with working knowledge of data warehousing, data engineering, and data science methodologies, plus hands-on project experience

Proficient in Python/SQL; familiar with web backend development and common frameworks; hands-on with MySQL/PG/ClickHouse/Trino/Spark/MaxCompute or equivalent databases/data platforms

Strong communication and coordination skills, logical thinking, sensitivity to data, a fast learner, and the ability to work proactively

Preferred: background in finance, especially securities — relevant domain knowledge, data analysis and modeling experience; experience building a big data platform and team from 0 to 1

Preferred: experience with financial-grade AI systems and hands-on delivery of AI projects
