Job summary

Hyphen Connect is seeking a senior backend engineer to architect and develop high-concurrency microservice systems. You will lead core module design, optimize performance, and ensure high availability.

You will work on service decomposition, governance, tracing, circuit breakers, and middleware integrations; you will optimize JVM performance, and collaborate across teams. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in large-scale systems, strong Java/Spring Boot skills, and hands-on experience

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of large-scale system development.
Strong experience with high-concurrency architectures and Java ecosystem.
Proficient in Spring Boot / Spring Cloud, and JVM internals.
Hands-on with Kafka/RocketMQ, Redis (cluster mode) and MySQL sharding.
Knowledge of blockchain data querying and on-chain analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture and development of high-concurrency microservice systems.
Engage in service decomposition, governance, tracing, circuite breaking, and fallbacks.
Design distributed systems handling millions of QPS with low latency.
Tune performance, plan capacity, troubleshoot, and DR drills to hit 99.99% uptime.
Integrate middleware: queues, caching, service registry, config centers.
Promote code quality and best practices across the team.
